Who handles your data
Panorama Temperado LDA, NIF 518176304, registered at Rua da Corcovada 44, 8200-347 Albufeira, Portugal. It runs the restaurant Yummy's Sushi.

What we collect and why
Name and phone number: so we can hold and confirm your table, and call you if something changes.
Email, if you choose to give one: so we can send you the booking link and the restaurant's decision.
Notes, if you choose to write any: free text for the restaurant.
Please do not put health details in the notes, such as allergies or intolerances, unless you are happy for them to be stored. That is sensitive data, and the notes are saved exactly as you type them.
Legal basis
We handle this data to carry out the booking you asked for.
How long we keep it
12 months. After that we erase the name, phone number, email and notes.
All that remains is an anonymous record of a table on a date, with the party size, so the restaurant knows how busy it was. That record no longer points to you.
If you accepted notifications, your device's subscription is deleted at the same time.
Who else sees it
Neon: hosts the database where bookings are stored. Its servers are in Germany (AWS, region eu-central-1), inside the European Union.
Resend: sends the booking emails, to guests who gave an email address.
Vercel: hosts this website.
Your browser's push service: if you accept notifications, the browser's maker delivers them. We store the technical address of that subscription so we can send them.
Nobody else.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, erase it, or object to how it is handled.
To do that, write to yummyssushialbufeira@gmail.com.
You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at cnpd.pt.
Cookies
yummys_lang: remembers the language you picked. It only exists after you pick one.
yummys_theme: remembers light or dark. It only exists after you pick one.
yummys_staff: for restaurant staff only, keeps them signed in. Guests never receive it.
Your browser also keeps, on your device and not on our server, the links of the bookings you made here, so it can show them under “My reservations”.
There is no tracking and no analytics. That is why there is no cookie banner: we only use what the site needs to work the way you asked.
Your booking link
The address /r/ followed by a code shows the booking to whoever holds it. Treat that link like a key: do not post it or share it with anyone who should not see the booking.
